Saturday, June 26, is the public grand opening for Top’s Off Barbershop at 229 Hale Street in downtown Charleston, offering mixed stylists for a retro and new age barber and spa service catering to customers aged 25 to 60 and above.

Services will include neck, hand, foot, shoulder and scalp massage — including chair and table massage — haircuts, hot towel service, straight-edge razor shaves and shoe shines. Although Fathers Day gift cards are available beginning June 20, the grand opening will be followed by regular hours of Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm, and Sundays from 12 to 6 pm. Services available include Swedish sport and deep tissue massage; complementary pool table; sports, comedy and news flat screen television; and cocktail lounge with beer, wine and liquor.

In addition to walk-in service, there will be one-year memberships and negotiable corporate memberships available. Bachelor and bachelorette parties with catering and full amenities will be offered daily from 8 to 10 pm by reservation. There will also be pin-up experiences for ladies, the last Tuesday of each month, from 5 to 10 pm, including hairstyling, complementary champagne, chocolate fountain, lingerie models, and a pin-up photographer.
