Reliable Environmental Transport Inc., which provides professional, safety-oriented and cost-effective solutions for waste transportation and disposal needs, has unveiled a new Website that provides numerous resources for customers.
The company, based in Bridgeport, W.Va., serves customers in its home state plus Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, New York and others. RET, as the company is frequently referred to, is structured so it can quickly respond to customers and situations of all sizes.
RET’s redesigned Website, www.retinwv.com, includes several new interactive features and updated information. Among the items customers can take advantage of are:
• An easy-to-navigate site with information prominently displayed;
• A service area map for current clients;
• A photo gallery of trucks used in the RET fleet;
• Information regarding RET’s outstanding safety program;
• Links to news coverage that highlights RET’s success story.
President Jonathan Marks and partners Al Anderson and Claude Ryan IV started RET in 2005 as a spinoff of Ryan Environmental Inc. Just a few years later, Inc. Magazine named the transportation specialist one of the 500 fastest-growing companies in the United States. It has gone from just four employees to 40, with Inc. putting its growth through 2009 at an amazing 650%.
Marks credits the company’s dedicated employees with making the success possible. RET can handle just about any hazardous or non-hazardous waste transportation need, from bulk propane transportation and industrial vacuum services to frac tank and roll-off container services.
RET also can extract fluids from tanks, pits and other storage facilities, with industrial field service that includes mud tanks, pits, rigs and hydro excavation.
Photos of many trucks from the RET fleet are available on the Website, including “The Guzzler,” Haz-Mat trucks and tractor-trailers, tankers and water trucks.
“Our company has grown dramatically in the past several years and we intend to build on that success story,” Marks said. “We want to continue to diversify as a company and expand our level of service, offering a full range of waste transportation and emergency response vehicles.”
Personnel and equipment are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to assist customers who may have an emergency release or spill situation. Trained professionals in the Emergency Response Team quickly and effectively limit the impact of the situation, working closely with appropriate federal, state and local personnel.
Safety is paramount through all operations. RET employees meet or exceed the standards set by the Department of Transportation and OSHA as well as individual clients. A full list of safety programs is available on the Website, but they include Benzene Awareness, Hazard Communication, Rigging Material Handling and Trenching/Shoring/Excavations.
“RET continues to build its reputation around West Virginia and the surrounding region,” Marks said. “We encourage people to visit www.retincwv.com to see what we can do for them.”
