Classes Slated to Begin at National College in Princeton on July 12

Bluefield, Virginia Campus will relocate to newly constructed facility

National College’s new Princeton Campus, locatedat421 Hilltop Drive, is scheduled to be open and serving students beginning Monday, July 12. The $4.8-million campus building, under construction since last fall, will become the new home of the college’s current Bluefield, Virginia Campus.

The current Bluefield Campus was constructed in 1922 as an elementary school, and has been renovated several times since becoming home to National College shortly after the establishment of the Bluefield Campus in1981.In recent years its size had become a limiting factor for the campus, which has grown to enroll around 200 students. The new building will accommodate approximately twice that number, as well as allow for the introduction of additional academic programs in the future.

Founded in 1886, National College is dedicated to the training and education of men and women for a full life and a successful career in a number of fields in business, computers, and health care. The College offers more than 40 academic programs including a master of business administration, seven bachelor’s degrees, and numerous associate degree and diploma programs. Meeting the workforce needs of 27 communities through campus locations in Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana, the College serves more than 12,000 students annually.
