Montgomery General Hospital will be hosting the 2nd Annual Live Well, Be Well Senior Expo in the main lobby of the hospital on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, from 9am until 1pm. This event is to honor our senior citizens age 55 and above and to offer a host of educational activities, entertainment, refreshments, and door prizes. Classes will be available throughout the day to help seniors manage their everyday lives. The classes will be health care, safety, financial planning, and dietary management. A wide variety of vendors will be exhibiting at this event as well, including, health care agencies, financial services, service organizations, and our local community college featuring educational opportunities for seniors.  In 2015, we had 50 exhibitors and over 200 participants. The Live Well, Be Well Senior Expo is made possible by the generous donations of our MGH physicians, the City of Montgomery, and local businesses. This year we will also be choosing and honoring the Upper Kanawha Valley Senior of the Year.  For more information, contact Lou Ann Bowen or David Richards at 304-442-5151.
