Horseback riding is a pleasant and peaceful journey through the shaded and beautiful trails of Babcock State Park. The guided trail rides feature a unique creek crossing and nice views of rock formations, peaceful wooded pond settings, and very frequent wildlife sightings. Rides are provided by Montgomery’s Outdoor Adventures.
Minimum age for guided trail rides is eight years old. There is a required 30 minute waiver/safety meeting prior to each ride. The remaining seasonal hours of operation are through September 21, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., weather permitting.
