Sunday, May 8, is Mother’s Day and West Virginia state parks with restaurants are offering appetizing menus and buffets to celebrate this special day.
State parks lodge restaurants featuring Mother’s Day buffets include Chief Logan Lodge, North Bend State Park Dining Room, Blackwater Falls Dining Room, Canaan Valley’s Hickory Dining Room, Stonewall Resort, Bluestone Dining Room at Pipestem Resort, and Twin Falls Restaurant.
In addition, the Last Run Restaurant at Cass Scenic Railroad State Park is offering a Sunday meal special from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. featuring chicken and all the fixings. Mom gets a free dessert with the purchase of a meal.
